How are scope and timelines defined?

We start with a conversation about your operations. You receive a written proposal with scope, timeline and investment; the structure is approved before development.

What do I pay beyond the setup fee?

Recurring services have a monthly fee according to the plan. Domains, integrations and extra features may have additional costs. Ad spend is paid directly to the platforms.

Is the domain in my name, and is support included?

You register and pay for the domain in your name. Website plans include technical maintenance, small text and photo updates and WhatsApp support according to the contract.

Does the system confirm bookings on its own?

No. The guest sends a request with dates and room, and the guesthouse confirms it in the dashboard. Payment agreed with the guest happens after confirmation.

Does it work alongside Booking and Airbnb?

There is no automatic connection with Booking or Airbnb. Before confirming a request, the guesthouse checks availability on those platforms and, after confirming, blocks the dates there.

Do you charge a commission per booking?

No. The Website with booking system has a fixed setup and monthly fee, with no commission per booking.
